At Lennox Eyewear, we stand behind the quality of our sunglasses. All eyewear purchased from our store comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects, giving you confidence and peace of mind with every pair.

 

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

• Faulty hinges, arms, or structural issues

• Problems occurring during normal, intended use 

 

What’s Not Covered

• Scratched lenses

• Accidental damage, drops, crushing or bending

• Damage from improper cleaning or storage

• Normal wear and tear

• Loss or theft

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the sunglasses and the affected area
