Refund policy
30-day Returns
We want you to love your eyewear! We understand that sometimes sunglasses may not fit or suit, so if you’re not completely happy, we offer refunds within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact us at info@lennoxeyewear.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with your full name, order number and reason for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return form with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the item meets our return requirements, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damages and Faults
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returning item/s. Please ensure the item/s are returned via a traceable shipping method with a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed only if the product has been deemed faulty or damaged prior to the customer receiving the product.
