At Lennox Eyewear, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are packed with care and shipped via Australia Post.

 

Shipping Within Australia Free Standard Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders. Standard delivery usually takes:

• 3–8 business days for metro areas

• 5–10 business days for regional and remote areas

Please note these are estimates provided by Australia Post.

 

Express Shipping – $15 Flat Rate 

If you’d like your order sooner, we offer Express Post for $15.

Express Post generally delivers within:

• 1–3 business days for metro areas

• 2–5 business days for regional areas

Timeframes vary based on Australia Post delivery operations.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. 

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link to follow your delivery progress. 

 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Lennox Eyewear is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by Australia Post

• Lost or stolen parcels after delivery has been marked as “Delivered”

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your parcel is lost or delayed, we will help you lodge an investigation with Australia Post.
